A top-of-the-line tray hitch rack designed for maximum security and stability for your bikes. The Yakima Stage 2 Hitch Rack fits two bikes with 16” to 29” wheel sizes and tires up to 3.25” wide. Each bike is secured with adjustable ratcheting straps that secure your bikes down by the rear wheel. The front wheel is secured with Yakima’s StrongArm, which is an adjustable arm that holds your bike up by the front wheel. The wheel trays are offset for extra bike-to-bike clearance and can accommodate wheelbases up to 52”. Stage 2 folds up when you don’t need it, the entire rack can tilt out of the way when you need access to the trunk, and the rack is available in 2” or 1.25” hitch sizes. This hitch rack includes an integrated SKS (Same Key System) lock which can secure your bikes to the rack as well as the rack to the receiver and is even compatible with a separate bike lock of your own for added security.
