Jj EFantastic service. I had a few different Yakima key cylinders that I didn't have keys for, and Pacific Rack figured out what keys I needed for free and sold the keys to me for $5 bucks per key. This was way cheaper than REI, which wanted $15 dollars to *just identify* what key I needed (which takes only approximately 2 minutes). Thanks Pacific RackPosted on Google

Kevin SIt was very impressed with every aspect of this small local business. I purchased a used roof rack system to upgrade the factory installed crossbars on my minivan. They installed it in a couple minutes for no additional charge. The prices and service were way better than anything you can get at REI. Carlos DPacific Rack was exactly what I was looking for to find a roof rack system for my car. Chloe MMy friends and I, on our long and treacherous road trip to Mexico, were having some serious trouble with the Thule on the top of our car. Picture the most atrocious piercing noise you can possibly imagine, and then multiply that by 100. Any time we would go above 70mph, our ears began to bleed. We stopped at Pacific Rack as a our one and only hope, and not only was the employee Logan extremely sexy, but he fixed our problems free of charge. Service was 10/10, and the employee was an 11. I was able to get a beautiful Yakima box and trade in my old box and they were incredibly fair and professional and helpful! Mary KCame in to check out a used rack they had advertised on Craigslist. That one didn't quite work for my vehicle, but I found a new one they had in stock that did.
