Shipping is fast and returns are easy here.

Shipping

• Standard shipping is $5.99 for orders under $79. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $79 or more. In-store-only items are excluded from shipping.
• 2-day shipping (FedEx/UPS) is $19.00. Delivery time begins after dispatch, not when the order is placed.
• Next-day shipping is $49.00. Delivery time begins after dispatch, not when the order is placed. Processing time and carrier schedules apply.

Items marked “in-store only” are available for pickup at our Ashland, OR shop and do not ship — this includes cargo carriers and other oversized items. Most other items ship quickly via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We don’t currently ship internationally. Questions about shipping? Contact us.

Returns

Didn’t like it, didn’t fit? No worries — contact us and we’ll make it right. Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase.

• Online orders: Most returns ship free. Email orders@pac-rack.com for a return label.
• In-store (Ashland, OR): Stop by the shop or give us a call and we’ll process your return on the spot.

Pacific Rack reserves the right to apply a restocking fee on items returned in different condition than they were shipped or sold.
