*Items that say ‘in-store only‘ in their title or product listing are available for in-store pick-up only and do not ship. Cargo carriers and other very large items are in-store only.
*Most items are shipped out very quickly via USPS or UPS.

Online Orders
Reply to your order email or call us during business hours and request a return. We will send a pre-paid shipping return label.
In-Store (Talent, OR)
Come by the shop or give us a call and we will process your return.
Pacific Rack reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee on certain items such as those returned in a different condition than they were shipped/sold in.
*we may at our discretion charge a small re-stocking fee (partial refund) for items that have been used or that we are unable to re-sell as ‘new’ or ‘like new’ condition.
